PREMIUM ISO is a 90% hydrolysed Optipep whey protein isolate. Ideal for muscle training, it offers optimal levels of dipeptide, tripeptide and free amino acid bonds, which improve absorption speed and digestibility.
Ingredients: whey protein (milk*), strawberry juice concentrate powder, beet root powder, fructose, emulsifier: soya lecithin, strawberry flavouring, sweetener (sucralose), plant-based enzyme blend (amylase, protease, cellulase, lactase, lipase) and sweetener (steviol glycosides). *Contains lactose and soya.
Amount per recommended daily dose (30 grams): 25.64 g protein and 6.42 mg of enzyme blend of plant origin (amylase, protease, protease, cellulase, lactase, lipase).
Directions for use:
Take 30 grams per day. Mix the contents of 1 dispenser in 300 ml of water.
It is advisable to take Premium Iso after training as this is the time when the body accepts the nutrients ingested better and protein synthesis increases.
It is also advisable to take Premium Iso before or in the middle of training, provided that it is immediately followed by a high-protein meal.
A small amount in the morning is recommended to compensate for energy consumption and catabolism caused by overnight fasting.
