Merchandise delivery and returns policy


Orders delivery

Orders are delivered to different shipping companies in 24-72 hours, as long as the products are in stock and unless they are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. In these cases, orders will be delivered to the transport company on the first working day after the day it is made.

Delivery times depend on the payment method chosen.
In payments made by credit card, the shipping is the responsibility of the company GLS.
If the chosen form of payment is by bank transfer, the order will not be sent until the bank confirmation of the transfer is available.
In payments by cash on delivery, shipping is the responsibility of GLS.
It must be taken into account that the indicated deadlines are computed in working days and that they may be affected by local or national holidays.
For shipments to Spain (peninsula).
a) Shipments greater than or equal to 30 Euros are free shipping.
b) Shipments less than or equal to 29.99 Euros are charged with 5.50 Euros.

In shipments to the Canary Islands, unlike shipments to the Balearic Islands and peninsular Spain, VAT (value-added tax) is not passed on to the final price of the product, however the customs system will apply the corresponding tax charges. In no case will we be able to determine the amount of taxes to be paid by the client upon receiving their order since, in the case of the Canary Islands, it depends on the Canarian General Indirect Tax (“IGIC”) and “Canarian customs”. As a guideline, and in no case on a fixed basis, they usually charge between 15 and 30 Euros for Import Duties and Customs Administrative Papers, in addition to the percentage corresponding to the “IGIC”. Likewise, we are not responsible for possible variations made from customs without prior notice.
The delivery of orders will be made at the delivery address freely designated by the user. In this way, NUTRICEUTICS SL does not assume any responsibility for when the delivery of the product does not take place as a result of the data provided by the user being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company or postal service, assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the recipient. No shipments are made to post office boxes.
Regardless of all of the above, NUTRICEUTICS SL must adopt the measures required of a diligent merchant so that delivery can be made in the agreed time, and if not, as soon as possible, to the satisfaction of the sender and the recipient, therefore, any liability may be charged against NUTRICEUTICS SL.

Price and validity period of the order

The prices indicated for each product include Value Added Tax (VAT), although they do not include other taxes that may be applicable and in any case, will be expressed in the Euro currency (€). Those expenses, unless expressly stated otherwise, do not include shipping, handling, wrapping, shipping insurance or any other additional services attached to the purchased product.
The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the website and applied automatically by the contracting process in the last phase of it. The client assumes that in any case the economic valuation of some of the products may vary in real time. In any case, this will always be previously communicated to users.
For payments made to NUTRICEUTICS SL an invoice can be requested. It will be sent by email after checking the registration data and requesting any new data that may be necessary.
For any information on the order, the user will have the NUTRICEUTICS SL customer service telephone number, which is 93 7103125 or via email. In any case, the order number that was assigned to you and indicated in the purchase confirmation email must be indicated in the subject of the message or to our customer service department.


The user will have a period of 7 working days from the date of receipt of the product to return it. Unless the return is made due to defects in the product, the shipping costs will be borne by the user. In any case, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Due to health and hygiene conditions, the return of any product will not be accepted once its plastic cover has been removed or opened.
Likewise, the right of withdrawal cannot be applied to personalized products or products that for hygiene reasons or other legally contemplated exceptions are not subject to this right.
Once we receive the merchandise and check that all the above conditions are met, nexxusnutrition.com will accept the return of the product and will proceed to refund the amount according to the payment method made, and where appropriate, to send the new product :
• If the user has made the payment through a credit card, the amount will be credited to the same credit card

• If the user has made the payment with cash on delivery or by transfer, we will request an account number to pay the amount.

The refund of the amount will be received within a maximum period of 14 days from our receipt of the exchange or return product. Please note that if you have paid by credit card, your bank will likely not show the return amount on your balance until the following month.
Please note that freight shipping will not be admitted.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in what is not expressly established. NUTRICEUTICS SL and the user, whenever the current legislation allows it, agree to submit any controversy that may arise from the provision of the products object of these Conditions, expressly renouncing any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona (Spain).
