PREMIUM ISO is a muscle builder 90% hydrolysed whey protein isolate from Optipep whey protein. It offers optimal levels of dipeptide, tripeptide and free amino acid bonds, which improve absorption speed and digestibility.
Ingredients: whey protein (milk*), fructose, concentrated banana juice powder, banana flavouring, emulsifier: soya lecithin, sweetener (sucralose), plant-based enzyme blend (amylase, protease, cellulase, lactase, lipase) and sweetener (steviol glycosides). *Contains lactose and soya.
Amount per recommended daily dose (30 grams): 26.18g protein and 6.54mg of enzyme blend of plant origin (amylase, protease, cellulase, lactase, lactase, lipase).
Directions for use:
Take 30 grams per day. Mix the contents of 1 dispenser in 300 ml of water.
It is advisable to take Premium Iso muscle builder after training as this is the time when the body accepts the nutrients ingested better and increases protein synthesis, helping to improve results.
It is also advisable to take Premium Iso before or in the middle of training, as long as it is taken immediately after a high-protein meal.
A small amount in the morning is recommended to compensate for energy consumption and catabolism caused by overnight fasting.
