PREMIUM ISO is a 90% hydrolysed whey protein isolate from Optipep whey protein. It offers optimal levels of dipeptide, tripeptide and free amino acid bonds, which improve the speed of absorption and its digestibility, improving your muscle hypertrophy training.
Ingredients: whey protein (milk*), fructose, cocoa powder, chocolate flavouring, emulsifier: soya lecithin, strawberry, sweetener (sucralose), plant-based enzyme blend (amylase, protease, cellulase, lactase, lipase) and sweetener (steviol glycosides).
*Contains lactose and soya.
Amount per recommended daily dose (30 grams): 26.18 g protein and 6.54 mg of enzyme blend of plant origin (amylase, protease, protease, cellulase, lactase, lipase).
Directions for use:
Take 30 grams per day. Mix the contents of 1 dispenser in 300 ml of water.
It is advisable to take Premium Iso after exercise as this is the time when the body accepts the nutrients ingested better and increases protein synthesis, improving your muscle hypertrophy training.
It is also advisable to take Premium Iso before or in the middle of your workout, as long as it immediately coincides with a high-protein meal at the end of your workout.
A small amount in the morning is recommended to compensate for energy consumption and catabolism caused by overnight fasting.
