TOTAL LIVE is a broad-spectrum vitamin and mineral supplement, designed for people who practise intensive sport. Vitamins with high antioxidant power have been added to counteract the negative effects of cellular oxidation. It provides all the vitamins and minerals necessary for the correct functioning of the body, avoids possible deficiencies of any of these micronutrients and provides cellular energy. Vitamin E, vit B2, zinc and selenium contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative damage.

Ingredients: Dry extract of curcuma longa L. rhizone (95% curcumin), calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, gelatine (capsules), L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), magnesium salts of citric acid, dried extract of echinacea purpurea root (4% polyphenols), calcium carbonate, hydrolysed porcine collagen, spirulina algae powder (Arthrospira platensis), ferrous sulphate, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), potassium gluconate, zinc citrate, R-lipoic acid, dry extract of milk thistle Sllybum marianum (L. )Gaertn. seed-fruit (80% silymarin, 30% silybin), dry extract ginseng Panax ginseng leaves (30% ginsenosides), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), freeze-dried royal jelly (4% ADH), dry extract ginger Zingiber officinale Rosc. rhizome (20% gingerols), dry extract of Maca Lepidium meyenil Walp. root, nicotinamide (niacin, vit B3), fermented coenzyme Q10, dry extract of Tagetes erecta L. flower head (lutein 5%), dry extract of Polygonum cuspidatum Siebold & Zucc. root (50% resveratrol), retinyl acetate (vitamin A), calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid, vit B5), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), colouring capsules (titanium dioxide), lycopene, thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), potassium iodide, pterollglutamic acid (folic acid, vit B9), sodium selenite, D-biotin (VitH), sodium molybdate, calecalciferol (vitamin D3) and clanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Instructions for use:

Take 1 capsule daily, unless recommended by a health professional. Take one capsule at breakfast or lunch.
